located just beachside of the I-5 in beautiful San Clemente. We
offer a range of services including group classes and private
training, with each session lasting 50 minutes. Unlike other
studios, we don’t categorize classes by levels. Our skilled
instructors are experts at tailoring workouts to keep all clients
challenged and engaged, no matter their fitness level.
