A 12 week off-season Strength & Speed program specifically designed for High School Football athletes. This Football Camp includes Player optimization through customized and specialized training of all Bio-motor abilities: 1. Linear Acceleration 2. Deceleration and stop mechanics 3. Rehearsal of Multi Directional Speed Mechanics 4. Max Velocity or Top End Speed 5. Integrated Plyometrics 6. Bi-lateral and Unilateral Strength and Power Training Which can lead to improvements in: + 40yd time + Vertical Jump + 5-10-5 shuttle + Pro Agility + Improve Confidence! + Addresses and corrects Mobility and ROM control deficiencies + Training sessions are 90 min in length  + Use of Vald Timing Gates, an unmatched timing system for accurate and reliable results when timing speed + Access to Collegiate style weight room + Customized lift card for tracking different abilities and lifts + Improve Specific Strength to prepare the body for more complex, explosive, and dynamic movements + Mitigate Injuries through a strength program that addresses deficiencies within the ROM or movement pattern in their position, by way of assessments + Improve Speed from a multi-layer approach targeting Linear acceleration, Max Velocity, and Multi-directional speed
