Focus:  Signature programming that provides maximum, foundational improvement to support athletic performance

The Parisi Total Performance Program utilizes the most up-to-date research on safe athlete training techniques and injury prevention as it foundation. This program uses our signature speed and strength training methods and cutting-edge coaching techniques from certified Parisi Performance Coaches to produce maximum improvements in athletic performance.

At this level, programming is broken down into an individual focus per session. These are:

Linear Speed: Parisi’s signature straight-ahead acceleration and top-speed running techniques.
Multi-Directional Speed: Agility and ability to decelerate and move in any direction quickly.
Upper and Lower Body Strength: Strength training exercises for muscle development and injury prevention.
This program builds on an athlete’s physical foundation and refines their skills in order for them to maximize their strength, aerobic and/or sport specific training. Athlete’s will also learn the skills and conditioning necessary to help prevent injuries through various warm-ups, exercises and techniques.

Many experts view the ages of 13 – 18 as the most ideal age for developing speed, strength and power over an athlete’s entire lifetime. It is during this program that the athlete and Parisi Performance Coach focus on the detailed, but critical specifics that are the basis for athletic success, in order to develop a good athlete, into a great one!

1 Month Summer Training Program

A 12 week off-season Strength & Speed program specifically designed for High School Football athletes.

This Football Camp includes Player optimization
through customized and specialized training of all Bio-motor
abilities:
1. Linear Acceleration
2. Deceleration and stop mechanics
3. Rehearsal of Multi Directional Speed Mechanics
4. Max Velocity or Top End Speed
5. Integrated Plyometrics
6. Bi-lateral and Unilateral Strength and Power Training
Which can lead to improvements in:
+ 40yd time
+ Vertical Jump
+ 5-10-5 shuttle
+ Pro Agility
+ Improve Confidence!
+ Addresses and corrects Mobility and ROM control deficiencies
+ Training sessions are 90 min in length 

+ Use of Vald Timing Gates, an unmatched timing system for
accurate and reliable results when timing speed
+ Access to Collegiate style weight room
+ Customized lift card for tracking different abilities and lifts
+ Improve Specific Strength to prepare the body for more
complex, explosive, and dynamic movements
+ Mitigate Injuries through a strength program that addresses
deficiencies within the ROM or movement pattern in their
position, by way of assessments
+ Improve Speed from a multi-layer approach targeting Linear
acceleration, Max Velocity, and Multi-directional speed

Off-Season 12 Week Football Camp

For ages: 12-14

Receive access to: 
all 3 types of Speed Classes: Acceleration, Multi-Directional Speed, and Max Speed. 
Age-appropriate Strength classes in NEW Power/Weight Room
Includes:
Re-evaluations every 12-16 weeks to measure progress and set new targets
