BRING: Running shoes, water, towel! *Running shoes ok on bikes. SPD clips as well. Riders will start class with a 15-30 minute ride INSIDE the studio, THEN interval in the running course your instructor lays out for the day! Plan to move anywhere from 1-3 miles depending on your fitness level and abilities. Great for ALL levels! Use this class to train for: Ironman/Marathons/Hyrox/Deka and any endurance goals you have!
