About the Class

If you are looking for a heart-pumping, high-intensity cardio, and strength conditioning class all in one, then HIIT Chaos is for you!  This class uses timed exercise drills along with deep strengthening exercises to deliver a class that packs a punch while having fun with creativity in exercises to leave you dripping in sweat and leveling up your metabolism!  All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications are given for every drill so people can choose the level of intensity they work out at no matter if you are new to cardio conditioning, or you are a seasoned workout pro!  We sometimes incorporate small hand weights for strengthening exercises as well as some of the equipment from the KSF Equipment Bundle (Bender Ball, Gliding Discs, Figure 8 Tubing, and BOSU Band), but these are not required.  Modifications are given throughout the class for people that do not have this equipment.  You will be given base exercises followed by optional progressions to amp up those exercises if you want to take it up a notch throughout the class, so you’ll always have options in this class.  For more information on what to expect, you can check out this video which explains everything you’ll need for class.

Special Instructions

You’ll need to wear athletic shoes for this class and clothes you can sweat and move in.  Only 6 feet of space is needed for all the drills.  You will also want to have at least one set of hand weights that feel somewhat heavy for your arms.  Some exercises utilize the small items from the KSF Equipment Bundle, but non-equipment options are always made available.  If you are just starting out, you can use similarly sized water bottles as well for most exercises instead of weights.  Modifications are given for all exercises, but all exercises are adaptable if you want to level it up using moves you are already familiar with.  Bring water and a towel to this workout because you’re gonna sweat!
