About the Class

Cake Pop is a lower-body burn session designed to lift, shape, and fire up your glutes while carving out serious core strength. This class combines targeted glute activation, strength-based lower body work, and controlled ab sculpting for a balanced, high-burn workout. Expect resistance bands, dumbbells, pulses, holds, and minimal rest to keep the intensity high and the muscles under tension. You’ll leave with: • A deep glute pump • Stronger, tighter abs • Better core stability • That signature post-workout shake All levels welcome. Modifications and progressions provided. Come ready to work. Leave feeling lifted.

Special Instructions

• Bring a water bottle • Wear supportive athletic shoes • Arrive 5–10 minutes early if it’s your first class • Bring a yoga mat if you prefer your own • Light resistance bands recommended (if you have them) • Be ready for glute activation + core burn Late arrivals may not be admitted after warm-up.
