About the Class

Athlete Power Lab(13-15 y/o) Athlete Power Lab is a dynamic, year-round class designed to build strength, explosive power, and athletic performance. No matter the season, we help athletes consistently develop their physical edge, ensuring continual progress toward peak potential. Classes must be booked no later than 60 minutes prior to start time. Schedule: Mon- Fri (6-7pm)  Instructor: Jerry Gaitan & Michel Rodriguez
