Grit + Gratitude is our signature 50 min class that combines what you love about the fluidity, focus and core work of the Pilates reformer, along with the fat burning cardio intervals done on the Plate. Get ready to tap into your grit, and to let your true strength lead you through this full body workout; don't worry we will still end class with a meditation and time to chill.
Bring your grip socks, water bottle and an attitude of gratitude! If it’s your first class arrive 15 minutes early so that we can give you a tour of the studio and get you familiar with the machines and equipment. There’s free parking in the City Parking Structure behind Grit and Gratitude. We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. There will be a charge of $15 for late cancellations after that time. If you “no show” for a class there will be charge of $20. These fees are applicable to all memberships.
