The Grit + Gratitude Method
focuses on building movement patterns and sequences that elongate
the body while building strength. Our classes are guided by the
breath and cultivate a spiritual connection that awakens, grounds
and strengthens the mind, body and soul. This unique
methodology transforms our community from the inside out, finding
new levels of love, compassion and gratitude for themselves and
others.
At Grit + Gratitude we strongly
believe that we are meant to live life to the fullest; embracing
our strengths, fostering self-awareness, cultivating connectivity,
and manifesting gratitude. Grit + Gratitude is where purpose meets
passion, where holistic fitness is found and where the community
will change, grow and transform together in the name of
Gratitude.
In our classes we utilize the
Allegro 2 Reformer and the Power Plate.
