J5 Skills Practices are designed for boys and girls with volleyball experience who are ready to strengthen core fundamentals in a fun, supportive, and challenging environment. This coed, intermediate-level group welcomes a range of ages and abilities with a shared focus on development and improvement. Training in the sand develops all volleyball skills—not positions. Beach volleyball naturally builds complete athletes by emphasizing passing, serving, attacking, movement, and game awareness. This fundamentals-first approach is how top college and professional players build elite, transferable skills. Sessions are led by professional coaches and run in small groups to ensure individualized feedback, high-quality reps, and consistent progress.
