The DFLY ride is a strong, safe, effective, and fun 50 minute journey that incorporates intervals, hills, runs, sprints, and isolations in an exciting way that challenges the mind and body and maximizes burn! The ride is mentally and physically challenging (but achievable), leaving riders feeling empowered and accomplished! Open to all levels and can be modified to your own comfort. 45 minutes of riding + 5 minutes of stretching.
