Aaron is my personal trainer. She's terrific. She has been very helpful in teaching me correct posture as I exercise so I don't hurt myself or over stain my muscles. John knows my physical limitations and started me slowly to get me to my correct routine. The gym is well equipped and clean. They supply wipes to keep it that way and to keep us from getting sick. The app we use to schedule our workout times keeps the gym from getting too crowded is easy to use and works well, with 2 week in advance booking. John has had a schedule to test our progress in the past every 6 months. He has upgraded that equipment and we are going to use it soon to get a new base line. This is not a standard gym but the circuit training is specific to older adults. If there is an exercise which hurts or does not work with my previous injury, the trainer (John or Aaron) are able to know a different way to incorporate a exercise using the same muscle or different muscle group to keep me going. They are very knowledgeable and kind. Their goal is to help us be the best we can be and help us individually to achieve our physical health goal responsibly. I love my early morning workout and feel stronger every day. My goal is to be able to play with my 7 grandkids age 4 to 13, and still be able to do things the rest of the day without being wiped out the rest of the day. Their emphasis is on balance and strength without causing injuries by using circuit training with a great warmup routine to start.
