Cycle Class

About the Class

This is an indoor cycle class for all levels.  We warm up for about 5 minutes and burn calories for approximately 45 minutes by getting that heart up by going through a variety of hills and sprints.  Then we will cool down for approximately 5-10 minutes.  Overall, class lasts about an hour.  

Special Instructions

Please arrive 10 mins before the start of the session so you can prepare the bike for you height.  Class starts on time.  You dont necessarily need cycling shoes but if you have them, the pedals are SPD.   One side of the pedals are for cycling and the other side are for tennis shoes.  If you have several pairs of tennis shoes, we suggest you wear the ones with the hardest soles.
