In Vinyasa Flow we are linking breath to movement as we mindfully and playfully flow through sequences of yoga poses. Vinyasa also refers to the part of the Sun Salutation in which a practitioner moves from plank to low pushup (chaturanga) then into a back extension, and then into down dog- it is really quite fun to flow! In this class you will move, stretch, breathe deeply, get stronger, calm your mind, and find your smile. Of course you are ALWAYS invited to move at the pace that works best for you! Modifications will be given!
Please bring your own yoga mat and blocks if you have them.
