Mildy Vigorous yoga and movement class.  A sensible, sustainable, class, focusing on ageless strenth and flexibility.  Plenty of warm up.  Always permission to rest and begin again.  Classes include work on the mat, hands & knees, and standing, and always rest at the end.  Whole body essentials including, breath work, balance, core, shoulders, hips, back,feet, and more.  Great for post workout or as stand alone class.  These creative and compassionate classes are what you need to keep moving, keep breathing and keep finding your bliss.
