About the Appointment

Semi-private personal training is a structured individualized workout program based on your availability, goals, and abilities. Every session you will work with a personal trainer who will help you make the most out of your program, provide valuable feedback, keep you motivated, and accountable. Your sessions will be electronically tracked and your workouts will be stored via the use of our app QuickCoach. There may be up to 3 other individuals working out near and/or with you depending on shared equipment needs. By incorporating a community based workout, it allows for greater flexbility in scheduling sessions, so you dont ever have to miss training.
