Pilates Sculpt is a lower-Intensity, Pilates-Based strength training class. Enjoy longer. maximized results with a blen of interval training, traditional fitness, and comtemporary Pilates. This class focuses on aerobic ability and burns more calories in less time. This Pilates boot camp-style class is dynamic, fun, and can be taken at your own pace. This class is heated to provide a warm place for your body to open up and provide a safe space for stretching. Bring: Mat, towel, water, grip socks.
