Rhythm FIT is Functional Intensity Training designed to get you and KEEP you in the best shape of your life. Enjoy full body dynamic movements combined with high intensity cardio to rev up your metabolism and gain lean muscle. Each class has 12 different stations with multiple exercise equipment working every body part. You are at the station for 6 rounds and then move to the next station. This class IS HEATED. Come as many days a week as you can, but if you can only come once you will still see INCREDIBLE results! Bring your tennis shoes and get ready to sweat! . Bring comfortable tennis shoes and water.
