Kathy is a passionate pole instructor with over 4 years of teaching experience dedicated to helping people feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies. She’s a certified instructor through the Pole Fitness Alliance. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced poler, her teaching approach combines technique, building a strong foundation and encouragement to create a safe, fun environment where you can thrive.Kathy’s personal journey with pole began 14 years ago where she fell in love with both pole and this amazing community. Pole Revolution is home for her soul and teaching is a passion. In her classes, you can expect personalized instruction, a supportive atmosphere, and a focus on celebrating progress at every skill level. She specializes in foundational skills, and progression in skills, but above all, she believes pole fitness is for everybody.When she’s not teaching, you’ll often find her enjoying her free time with her kids and dogs. She also works full time as a certified optician. Come spin, climb, and grow with her!
