This one hour QUIET CLASS is for those who cannot fit a 1.5 hour class into their schedule. This class is an intense full body workout, which moves systematically from one exercise to the next. There is less emphasis on stretching and the exercises are done to the rhythms of the music. THe instructor does the class with you giving verbal cues and rhythm. It is important that you start in the 1.5 hour class so you can keep up with the faster moving class. No New Students.
