Pause Studio offers yoga and mat pilates classes in infrared
heated studios. Infrared heat is therapeutic and gentle. Our
Riverside Bldg Studio is larger with class sizes of 24
students.

Join our Summer Challenge to develop strength and resilience while supporting your well-being! In 90 days, you’ll take a combination of 45 different classes, some of which may be new to you. This well-being challenge is fantastic for expanding your practice to include different teachers and modalities. Plus, it’s a lot of fun! Join us for a life-changing summer of yoga, pilates and strength!

Let this challenge give you a better understanding of what are the priorities in your life. Become more focused, kind and generous in so many ways.

Rules:
- You can take as many classes per day as you desire, and you may skip days. All classes must be taken with Pause, and must be attended live in-studio.
- You will keep track of your own progress on your game board. You can download it here.
- Workshops do not count.
- To be eligible for prizes, you must take all designated classes with Pause in 90 days (from June 3 – August 31) AND complete the social media square designated as #PSC.
-To complete the social media square, snap a photo or a video related to your practice and post it on social media, tagging @pausefitnessnutrition. Don’t have social media? For each social media square, email jolie@pausedurango.com and share how this challenge is going for you (any insights you’ve found, what you’re learning, or what you’re experiencing).
The “Free Space” (the center spot) is a class of your choice.
- A class cannot be reconciled with a video or photo of you doing yoga elsewhere. You must be in class to fulfill each corresponding square. Sorry, no exceptions.
- Special treat: When you complete 25 classes on the board, let Jolie Ensign know, and you will receive a free coffee gift card for Durango Bike Project (redeemable only during the challenge period).
- When you complete all 45 squares, submit a photo/scan of the game board to jolie@pausedurango.com to be considered for the raffle. You must hit the goal with all the designated classes by the end of the day Sunday, August 31 to be considered. We’ll check your board with our records.
