This class will focus on 2 things: 1) Beginner Lyra Moves: This class is for the absolute beginner and anyone needing a refresher on the foundations. Students will learn the basics of various moves, ideal form and technique, and safety on the apparatus. 2) Conditioning: Practice various strength & conditioning exercises that are specifically meant to translate to your lyra practice! We will incorporate a variety of exercises working on the ground and using the stall bars to improve our ability in executing those super strong and flexy lyra moves we all love! Experience some of the “favorite” exercises performed for aerial to get your whole body feeling strong and lean. You will start to develop the unique strength and flexibility required for aerial acrobatics! *No experience necessary *Wear leggings and bring a long sleeve shirt
