About the Class

Prerequisite- Intro To Pole / Level 1 headstands against pole, basic spins, pole arounds, windmills, general terms, and comfort with all intro moves. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED WHEN YOU MAY ADVANCE TO THIS CLASS. This class is where we add on to our basics that were mastered in Intro To Pole! This class will teach you the technique to climb and prepare to invert...the SAFE and BEAUTIFUL way. It will be different all the time! Form and conditioning will be a large focus of this class. It is easier to learn the right way the first time than have to unlearn and relearn. Stationary (static) and spin pole will be utilized in this class! This class is for every lady OVER 18 YEARS OLD ONLY! (If you are under 18 please text or email for other options) We will have a mix of dance and tricks and it changes all the time! Everything will be customized to your ability.

Sign up closes 45 minutes before the start time of class. If you are unable to make it to class you must cancel your class at least 4 hours before the start of class or you will forfeit your booking. This policy is in place due to the limited class size. Your pole will be held for you even if you arrive late or not at all.
