About the Class

Manic Training “Early Risers” is the name for all of the (4am if applicable), 5am, and 615am classes. These are the exact same workouts as all other Manic Training workouts on the same day.  Manic Training workouts are all coach-led group classes, and are all full body workouts utilizing core, cardio, endurance, balance, agility, and strength components. The program consists of 3 different workouts per week, with the general theme following the schedule seen below. Monday Tuesday: Mixture of core, cardio, agility, strength Wednesday Thursday: Heavier weights, dynamic movements, mixed with cardio efforts Friday Saturday: Core, cardio, high end endurance efforts.  The aforementioned class descriptions are general, and may vary occasionally just to keep everybody on their toes! Slightly different booking and cancellation policies apply to “Early Risers”.

Special Instructions

Cancellation policy:  Please cancel prior to 8pm or a late cancellation charge may apply. Waitlist policy:  If on the waitlist, you are responsible to attend any class you are added into, up to 1 hour prior to the start of class. If on the waitlist and you no longer intend to attend class if added, you must cancel your waitlist reservation.  Remaining on the waitlist past 8pm and then cancelling your reservation after being added to class will incur the same penalties as a late cancellation or no-show for regular class bookings.  First workout? Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a brief waiver and to speak with the trainer prior to the start of class.  All attendees, please arrive ready to go prior to the beginning of class. Late arrivals negatively affect the experience for yourself, and potentially the experience of others. Late arrivals will be allowed into class at the discretion of the coach.
