Workout Slots

We offer semi-private personal training, as well as gym
memberships for those who want to do their own thing. Our equipment
includes everything you need for functional training including,
barbells, bumper plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, squat /
multi-function racks, benches, medicine balls, bands, spin bikes,
rowers, and more.

Gym's House

Use a 1 Day Pass to try out the facility and get a workout in!

1 Day Pass

Whether you're in town for a short visit and need a place to workout, or just want to try the facility before you commit, get a Week Pass for unlimited access to the facility for 7 days. Available for use between 6a-7p, M-F and 7a-4p Saturday.

Week Pass

Use this option to reserve classes if you don't have an active membership. Once you complete your name and email during registration, keep an eye out for a $15.00 invoice sent to your email. If you have any questions, text 303-578-0798
