These 45-minute automated kickboxing classes provide a complete workout, including a warm-up, guided combinations, and time for a cool down – all without a coach. During class, simply follow the combinations displayed on the screen for a smooth, self-paced workout. While this adds flexibility to our kickboxing schedule, it doesn’t replace the energy and personalized feedback you’d get from a live coach. For those using Impact Wrap to track your progress, here's what to do: Download the Impact Wrap app and log in using your email. If you’ve forgotten your password, just reset it. Once logged in, tap the dumbbell icon at the bottom, find your class, and click “Join.” From there, select your bag. If using Impact Wrap, remember to check in on the app and select your bag within 60 minutes before or up to 5 minutes after the class starts. You’re also welcome to take the class without tracking your progress on Impact Wrap if you prefer. Don't forget your gloves!!
