Join us for a dynamic and challenging Threshold Ride class, where riders of all fitness levels can push their limits in a supportive, community-focused environment. This workout is designed to focus on sustained efforts within the threshold zone, helping you maintain and improve your functional threshold power (FTP) and muscular endurance. You’ll work hard to stay within the zone of effort that maximizes performance improvements while enhancing your overall stamina and strength. Thanks to our cutting-edge Spivi system, each rider receives tailored training zones, so you can ride at your own level while tracking real-time performance metrics. Whether you’re new to training or aiming to take your cycling to the next level, Spivi will provide valuable insights and feedback to guide your progress. You'll feel the sense of accomplishment as you ride alongside others, knowing that your personalized experience is helping you achieve your goals every pedal stroke. The class will culminate with a quick session dedicated to mobility and/ or flexibility training, helping you recover, prevent injury, and keep your body feeling strong and agile for future rides.
