About the Class

With 6 to 8 women per class, you’ll get the perfect mix of personalized coaching and group motivation in a supportive, empowering environment. This women-only class is designed for all levels—including those new to fitness and strength training—helping you build confidence, learn proper movement patterns, and discover your body’s full potential.   Each session targets a specific muscle group to ensure balanced strength development:  Tuesdays Upper Body  Thursdays Lower Body   Whether you're a beginner or looking to take your training to the next level, this class will challenge you while providing the guidance and community support you need to succeed.
