Group Training

About the Class

Personal training attention in a group setting.  Workouts range from 45-60 minutes.  A mix of weight lifting, cardio, and mobility.  We focus on compound lifting days and accessory muscle training days.  We use a mixture of olympic bars, free weights, kettle bells, and cardio equipment.

Special Instructions

Please arrive 5 minutes early.  Any cancellation within 9 hours of the scheduled start time is considered a late cancellation and is subject to a $5 charge.  If you do not show up for a session you're scheduled for there will be a $20 “No Show” fee applied automattically.  Enjoy your workout!
