We recently attended an event at Jump Twist Ninja in Boca Raton with an organization that supports kids with type 1 diabetes, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make every child feel welcome, included, and supported. They were incredibly patient, attentive, and encouraging—especially with the younger kids. It was clear they genuinely care about creating a positive and safe environment where every child can participate at their own pace. What stood out most was how thoughtful and understanding the team was toward the unique needs of children with type 1 diabetes. They gave the kids time when needed, checked in with parents, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident before tackling obstacles. Their energy was upbeat and motivating, but never overwhelming. They struck the perfect balance between fun and attentiveness. The coaches did an amazing job breaking down obstacles in a way that made even the youngest participants feel successful. There were so many smiles, high-fives, and proud moments throughout the event. You could truly see the kids building confidence with every challenge they completed. Jump Twist Ninja isn’t just a fun and exciting facility—it’s a place where kids are supported, encouraged, and celebrated. We are so grateful for their kindness and professionalism and would highly recommend them for any group event, especially for organizations serving children.
