A 50 minute comprehensive class designed to provide a well-rounded workout that targets all major muscle groups in the body, improves strength, builds lean muscle mass, increases endurance, stimulates hypertrophy, and enhances overall fitness levels. Participants will be using various equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, and resistance bands during the class and can choose the intensity & weight based on individual fitness levels.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes in advance of your appointment in order to get settled into the space. Please wear light and comfortable clothing that is easy to move in and well supported shoes. Towels are provided at the studio. Bring water if needed.
