GAME SPEED - GAME SPOTS - GAME SHOTS These workouts are designed for high school athletes (9th-12th grade) to get 400-500 game speed reps in a 1 hour session. We focused on game action scoring from 2 of the 3 scoring levels (mid-range and long-range). Session focus:-Form-Footwork-Separation moves-Game actions (cuts, screens, spacing, relocations, reading closeouts) *Sessions are open to Membership holders only.
