What’s Included: Medical and Sleep History: Medical History: Detailed discussion of past injuries, conditions, and medications. Sleep History: Insights into your sleep patterns and quality. Nutritional Questionnaire and Meal Planning: Nutritional Questionnaire: In-depth analysis of your dietary habits and goals. Meal Planner: Initial meal planning guidance tailored to your needs with a physical printout Health Measurements: Blood Pressure: Measurement and discussion of its importance. Body Fat Analysis: Detailed body composition analysis. Functional Training (Comp): Biomechanical Training: Series of exercises evaluating joint function, muscle output, and spinal alignment. Stretching: Techniques to enhance flexibility. Workout Program Design: Personalized Plan: A workout program tailored to your fitness goals and assessment results. Purpose: This comprehensive session provides a detailed overview of your health and fitness, offering personalized guidance to kickstart your fitness journey. Attire: Appropriate workout clothes as exercising will occur during this session Please be aware that the health screening process is necessary to help the trainers determine if you can start a new exercise program without consulting a physician. If any health issues are identified that require medical clearance, our trainers can help facilitate this process. All Personal Trainers have nationally recognized certifications.

PREPARING FOR YOUR ASSESSMENT A Wellness Assessment is mandatory before other Personal Training Services can be purchased! Purpose: This all-encompassing session delivers an extensive health and fitness evaluation, providing tailored advice to jumpstart your wellness journey. It includes a thorough medical and nutritional examination, precise health metrics assessment, bespoke biomechanical training, and the creation of an individualized workout regimen. Nutritional Preparation It is strongly advised to consume a light meal at least an hour to 30 minutes before your appointment. Ensure you are fully hydrated. Physical Preparation Wear appropriate workout attire. (You will be exercising) Location & Parking We are located on the 7th floor of the First Citizen's Bank Building parking garage. Parking is validated at $1 for 3 hours, bring your ticket with you to our facility. You may park anywhere that reads “Customer Parking” or if the space is blank.
