Tips to make the most of your class: Check-in Information: If this is your first time at Purepower Cycle, you must arrive at least 20 minutes before class starts to complete your check-in, set up your spot, and get familiar with the studio. Timing & Punctuality: We recommend all riders arrive 10 minutes early to get ready. Entry and bike number is not guaranteed after the first 10 minutes of class. Parking: Use Paybyphone or park at Mitown Shops Public Parking. Enjoy Your Class: Disconnect from your phone and focus on the class. Relax, follow the beat, and have fun! Reservation Policies • Booking: Classes can be reserved up to 7 days in advance through the Purepower Cycle app or website. • Cancellation: Reservations can be cancelled through the app or website. • Cancellation Deadline: To avoid “late cancel” fees, reservations must be cancelled at least 3 hours prior to the class. • Late Cancellation Fee: $5 (class will not be refunded). • No-Show Fee: $10 (class will not be refunded). • Punctuality: Please arrive on time.
