READY FOR THE ULTIMATE CHALLENGE? 🚴⚡ This Friday, June 5th at 6:30 PM, we are pushing your limits with SPRINTS BATTLE—a premium, two-stage event engineered to test your power and optimize your recovery. THE EXPERIENCE: Stage 1: THE BATTLE (50 Mins): High-intensity sprint blocks on the bike. Test your speed, track your bpm's, and sustain maximum output in an all-out battle against the clock. Stage 2: INTENSE RECOVERY (30 Mins): We transition straight to the mat for advanced mobility and deep muscular recovery via Mat Pilates. Note: This is NOT a relaxation or passive stretching class. Expect intense, controlled core work and deep mobility sequences designed to release high-tension areas, unlock your hips, and prep your body for your next peak performance. EVENT DETAILS: Price: $45 USD OR redeem 2 available credits from your active membership. Spots: Strictly limited to bike capacity. Class Notes: The Mat: We highly recommend bringing your own mat to class. Forgot yours? No worries—premium mat rentals are available at the front desk for $5. Hydration: Bring a water bottle. Tips to make the most of your class: Check-in Information: If this is your first time at Purepower Cycle, you must arrive at least 20 minutes before class starts to complete your check-in, set up your bike, and get familiar with the studio. Timing & Punctuality: We recommend all riders arrive 10 minutes early to get ready. Entry and bike number is not guaranteed after the first 10 minutes of class. What to Bring: Don’t forget your water and a towel. You can purchase these at the studio if needed. What to Wear: Come in comfortable workout clothes. Avoid baggy pants. Shoes: You have three options: 1. Wear your regular athletic shoes. 2. Rent cycling shoes from us for $5 (First ride? It’s on us!) 3. Purchase your own pair at the studio. Our bikes are SPD-MTB compatible. Parking: Midtown: Use Paybyphone or park at Midtown Shops Public Parking. Enjoy Your Class: Disconnect from your phone and focus on the class. Relax, follow the beat, and have fun! Reservation Policies •  Booking: Classes can be reserved up to 7 days in advance through the Purepower Cycle app or website. •  Cancellation: Reservations can be cancelled through the app or website. •  Cancellation Deadline: To avoid “late cancel” fees, reservations must be cancelled at least 3 hours prior to the class. •  Late Cancellation Fee: $5 (class will not be refunded).  •  No-Show Fee: $10 (class will not be refunded). •  Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Entry is not guaranteed 10 minutes after the class starts.
