(Fun)ctional Strength

About the Class

Functional Strength Classes are weight lifting classes, programmed in phases for Hypertrophy (lean muscle development), Max Strength, Power, and Speed. Each phase is 3-4 weeks long.  Classes consist of 10-15 mins of intentful warm up, 30-40 mins of weight lifting(emphasizing functional strength patterns) 5-10 mins of cardio conditioning, and a cool down.  Learn to Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Row, Jump and everything in between to create a body that is built for longevity.
