About the Class

Pilates Dynamic Movements is a Group Reformer class with a continuous focus on strength training and cardio that gets results. You will combine small equipment such as hand weights, pilates ring, small ball, and flex bands while working on the Reformer machine. Your challenge will become much more dynamic as your instructor cues surprise planks, pulses and holds to traditional Pilates exercises. Attendees are sure to get a full body workout.
