About the Class

TRX training is a form of suspension training method that uses body weight exercises shown to improve total body strength, stability, and cardiovascular health. In this 25 minutes WE-MOTION class, you will move through various TRX ranges of motion that will help increase your strength, mobility, and technique by fine tuning foundational movements paired with wireless EMS for maximum muscle group activation.
