About the Class

This is a timed 45 minute workout focusing on strength training.  Each class is a full body workout with a different focus each class.  Get your heart rate up and burn some serious calories all while increasing your overall muscle strength and increasing your lean muscle mass.  We will be using various equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, steps, stability balls and booty bands to give you so much variety in each full body routine.
