fitness studio established in 2008.  We specialize in one on
one training and provide constant guidance and motivation.  We
help anyone from young athletes, moms getting in shape after having
kids, to seniors looking to keep their quality of life.

Elite Training & Fitness

This is a monthly membership that grants you access to all of our group fitness classes.  This membership does auto-renew and requires a 7 day notice for any cancelations.

Monthly Unlimited Group Fitness Membership

This is a 4 week challenge that we hold every month.  It is a progressive strength training program that will include 8 sessions with guidance by a certified trainer, nutrition program, and the VIP Membership also includes Unlimited Group Fitness classes the entire month that you can attend along with your training sessions.  If you are looking for a more progressive program this one is for you!
