What you really need is a Smart Start to understand how to use your time at H.E.R. to achieve the best YOU! The Smart Start is your initial session with a CPT. She will do a 'squat/postural assessment' to analize your natural movement patterns and determine what muscular and skelital inbalances you may have.  Then she will take you through a series of movements and exercises to address your inbalances. This session is 30-60 minutes.
