Soaring Intermediate will build your endurance as the class moves at a medium pace. You will continue to learn new skills. You will be Soaring into a medium cardio workout. *At least 1 Soaring Beginner class is required before booking a Soaring Intermediate class *Restrictions to participate:Weight must be between 90-250lbs. No recent surgeries (must be cleared by a doctor). Can not be pregnant.
