Soaring Bungee Fitness Studio

I am excited to introduce bungee fitness to the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area.  I love the low impact/high cardio of bungee fitness.  I have exercised my entire life and never found a cardio modality that I enjoyed, until now!  I am a Certified Bungee Fintess instructor, Certified Nutrition Health Coach from the Institue of Integrative Nutrition, Group Fitness Instructor,and a graduate of the University of Kentucky.  I know exercise and nutrition are key to our health and well being.  I hope to help people be their best version of themselves through movement.  You have the power through your choices to make small changes that can acutally yield massive results in term of your health.  Come try bungee fitness!
