FLY Bungee

About the Class

FLY Bungee is so much fun you will forget you are exercising all while burning a ton of calories. FLY classes are beginner-friendly and can provide intensity for more experienced exercisers. Classes will be 30 minutes of cardio and strength interval exercises and have up to 7 participants. FLY classes use a harness (that goes around the waist-hip and thigh areas) to attach to the bungee. Choose clothing that is not likely to bunch or ride up. This will help you feel comfortable. Shirts covering the midriff and longer shorts or pants are recommended to avoid skin irritation from the harness. A light or empty stomach is recommended for this class. Proper setup for your bungee will require us to weigh you and fit you with a harness (multiple sizes available) before class. If you prefer, we can do this during a separate private appointment. Bring a towel and water, but don’t worry if you forget we have you covered.
