Total Toning is a fun and calorie-busting 30-minute full body strength class. Perfect for beginners to more advanced participants, this class features two fun pieces of equipment: A Suspension Trainer (TRX or Corex) and a RIP Trainer. Suspension Training uses body-weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. This tool safely leverages gravity and can be adjusted to control the amount of your body weight used to complete the exercises. A RIP Trainer combines a resistance cord and weighted bar, creating a targeted load that strengthens your core muscles improving agility, balance, and rotational force. Similar to suspension training, the resistance used can be customized to your ability.
