In addition to personal training and general fitness, Loong is skilled in all things general and functional fitness and also specializes in Golf Fitness and Golf Lessons. Having played golf since the age of 5 and being a star player on division 1 LSU golf team, Loong is an expert in the game of golf and the functional fitness neccessary to play at the highest level.
