Never be late again – HIIT40! is a new twist on circuit classes here at B Fitness. Classes start at 4:30pm each Tuesday and Thursday and progress with a new circuit starting every 10 minutes. For busy people who want to get their workout in without the stress of getting there at a specific time. Come in, warm up, and when the buzzer rings start your first circuit. Coaches are there to lead you through and encourage you along the way. It’s a fresh take on total-body training at B FITNESS. This isn't just another workout. It's a full-body system designed to challenge your strength, cardio, and core through smart weekly programming. Each class is 40 minutes total + 5 minute warm up and cool down. There are 4 circuits (9 minutes each: 3 exercises, repeated 3x’s, with 1-minute transitions between circuits. GET FIT. STAY FIT. We'll be ready when you are. NO EXCUSES.
