This class focuses on strengthening the muscles in your torso, including the lower back, hips, and deep intrinsic muscles of the lower abdomen. Exercises target the muscles that support the spine which allows us to lift heavier, enhance movement, and develop better balance and stability. It is a journey that embraces the power of your core.
