Sticks and Strength is designed to support functional movement for everyday living. The primary goal of this class is to develop, or reestablish, the appropriate levels of mobility and stability required to produce efficient human movement. Regardless of how fit an individual may appear, it is very likely that he or she has deficits in either, or both, of these qualities. This is a low impact workout. This class will utilized a combo of sticks and bands and body weight training. By attending this class you will be creating a better stability- mobility relationship in the human body, which will help decrease the risk for injury and allow the body to perform at a higher level.
