A Semi-Private Welcome Session offers a low-commitment way to experience CORE Ormewood Park in a small-group setting. This single class allows you to move alongside a few other clients while still receiving individualized instruction from one of our experienced teachers.

This session may be used for Pilates or Gyrotonic® semi-private classes. Class sizes are intentionally small to ensure personal attention, thoughtful cueing, and the ability to adapt exercises to meet individual needs. You’ll be introduced to the apparatus, explore foundational movement patterns, and get a feel for how semi-private classes work at CORE.

A single Semi-Private Welcome Session is a great option if you’re curious about our small-group format, returning after time away, or deciding whether a semi-private package or membership is the right next step for you.

2026 Welcome DUET Lesson

Our Duet Welcome Package is designed for two people who want to begin their movement practice together in a focused, supportive setting. This three-session package allows you and a partner to work side-by-side with one instructor, combining individualized guidance with the shared motivation of moving as a pair.

This package may be used for Pilates or Gyrotonic® duet sessions and is ideal for friends, partners, or family members with compatible goals and schedules. Each session is thoughtfully paced, with exercises adapted to each person’s needs while maintaining the rhythm and continuity of working together.

Over the course of three sessions, you’ll build familiarity with the apparatus, refine foundational movement patterns, and gain clarity on how duet sessions fit into your ongoing practice. By the end of the package, you’ll have a clear recommendation for next steps—whether that’s continuing with duets, transitioning into semi-private classes, or moving into private sessions.

2026 Duet Welcome Package (3 Sessions)

Our Semi Private Intro Package is a supportive way to begin your experience at CORE Morningside in a small group setting. Designed for those new to our studio, to Pilates, or to Gyrotonic, this package offers individualized instruction alongside the community and accountability of a group. You'll learn the fundamentals, become familiar with the equipment, and build your strength and confidence, setting you up to transition smoothly into an ongoing class routine.
